Under the European program “Innovation and Competitiveness” (OPIK) our Bulgarian office received operational capital to deal with the consequences of the pandemic COVID-19. The program “Competitiveness and Innovation for the period 2021-2027 (PKIP 2021-2027) is directly aimed at achieving smart and sustainable growth of the Bulgarian economy, as well as the implementation of industrial and digital transformation.
In connection with the difficulties in several sectors, the Bulgarian Ministry of Economy, as the managing authority of the Operational Program for Innovation and Competitiveness (OPIC), decided in coordination with the European Union administration to transfer funds to the established emergency procedure to support small enterprises to overcome economic consequences. from the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Innovation and Competitiveness Funding Program aims to: strengthen research and innovation capacity, introduce modern technologies, absorb the benefits of digitalisation for citizens, companies and governments, strengthen the growth and competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises;
